Estimates & Pricing

Photo/Text Estimates: Estimates based on photos or descriptions are non-binding and may change following an on-site assessment.

Final Pricing: The final price will be confirmed on-site before we begin loading, and will be based on factors including:

  • Volume of items

  • Weight/material type (e.g., construction debris, roofing, dirt)

  • Labor time, sorting, and disassembly requirements

  • Access factors (stairs, long carries, tight spaces, parking)

  • Special handling or disposal requirements

If the scope changes materially, we will communicate the update prior to proceeding.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Confirm that you have the legal authority to request the removal of items from the property.

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the items to be removed.

  • Identify any items requiring special handling (hazardous materials, biohazards, chemicals, sharp objects, etc.).

  • Secure pets and maintain a safe work environment.

In the event that the worksite is deemed unsafe (e.g., aggressive animals, structural hazards, biohazards, needles, severe mold), we reserve the right to refuse or halt service.

Prohibited / Restricted Items

We do not remove certain items/materials, including (examples):

  • Hazardous chemicals/solvents, fuels, oils

  • Asbestos-containing materials, certain paints, and unknown chemicals

  • Medical waste, sharps/needles, biohazard waste

  • Explosives, ammunition, pressurized tanks (unless confirmed safe/empty)

  • Any item we determine to be unsafe or illegal to transport/dispose of

If prohibited items are discovered, service may be paused or canceled. Additional fees may apply for extra labor/time, or we may refer you to an appropriate specialist.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Access

We provide estimated arrival windows. Delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, weather, or disposal facility constraints.

If we arrive and cannot access the site or items (“lockout”), a trip fee may be incurred.

Payment Terms (including future online payments)

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept cash, credit cards, invoice payment, and/or online payments. If deposits or online payments are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply at checkout or invoice.

Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.
