Hazardous Materials & Safety Policy

For safety and compliance, we may not remove certain hazardous or regulated materials. If you’re unsure about an item, text us a photo at 971-771-7890 and we’ll advise.

We typically do not remove:

• Chemicals, solvents, oils, fuels

• Unknown containers or unlabeled chemicals

• Medical waste, needles/sharps, biohazards

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Explosives, ammunition

• Pressurized tanks (unless confirmed empty/safe)

• Any item we determine unsafe to handle or transport

If hazardous items are discovered on-site, we may pause or cancel service and recommend a specialist.
