Returns & Refunds policy

This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-access situations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, contact us at 971-771-7890 or Contact@palomajunkremoval.com as early as possible.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and dispatch costs.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a higher fee.

No-Show / Lockout / No Access

If our team arrives and cannot access the property or items (for example: no one is present, locked gates/doors, blocked access, wrong address), a trip fee may apply.

Refunds

Because junk removal is a service-based business, refunds are generally limited to situations where:

  • You were charged incorrectly (we will correct the invoice), or

  • We did not perform the agreed Services.

Deposits / Online Payments (Future)

If we offer online payments or deposits in the future:

  • Deposit terms (refundable/non-refundable) will be disclosed at the time of payment or in the invoice.

  • Refunds (if applicable) may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment processor.

Weather and Uncontrollable Events

Weather, disposal facility closures, emergencies, or other events may require rescheduling. In those cases, we will work with you to find the next best time.
